Clarity in the chaos. Courage in the unknown.

Conversations that matter.

I help you face what isn’t working, hear what’s asking to change, and decide what you’re willing to do about it.

See what we can explore
01 / WHY THIS EXISTS

You don’t need another person telling you how to live. You may need a place to get honest about it.

At some point, a life built around what should matter has to answer to what actually does.

Bring the thing you keep turning over in your head. The decision. The distance. The grief. The anger. The desire. The suspicion that there has to be more than this. You don’t need to make it sound reasonable. Start with the part that won’t leave you alone.

02 / WHAT BELONGS HERE

Bring whatever is asking for your attention.

You don’t have to be falling apart. You just have to be unwilling to keep bullshitting yourself about what isn’t working.

Maybe you need to make a decision, say something hard, find your footing after a loss, or figure out why getting what you wanted didn’t feel the way you thought it would. Maybe you’re restless, lonely, burned out, creatively stuck, spiritually tangled, starting over—or simply tired of carrying the same question by yourself. You don’t need to call it a crisis. If it matters to your life, it belongs in the room.

We can talk about how anxiety, depression, grief, and other emotional experiences are shaping your life. Kory holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and brings more than a decade of experience in mental-health care. These conversations are non-clinical, reflective, and personal-development focused; they do not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions.

03 / THE THRESHOLD

You’ve reached the edge of the way things have been.

You can tell something needs to change. You may not know whether that means leaving, asking for something different, grieving what is over, or finally admitting what you want. This is the part before the answer.

What has been

The life you know how to live.

You are here
What comes next

A choice you can actually live with.

You do not have to force a decision at the threshold. You need enough room to hear what is fear, what is obligation, and what is actually yours.
WHAT IT CAN FEEL LIKE

The exhale of no longer fighting yourself.

Not because your whole life suddenly makes sense. Because you’re less divided between what you know and how you’re living. You can hear yourself again. Trust what you notice. Want what you want. Move without leaving yourself behind.

Relief

The pressure can drop when the unnamed thing finally has language.

Self-trust

Your own voice stops sounding like background noise.

Aliveness

Desire, curiosity, and energy have somewhere to go.

Agency

You can choose without needing perfect certainty or permission.

04 / IN THE ROOM

I listen for the sentence you haven’t been able to say yet.

I’m Kory. I’ve spent years sitting with people where the stakes are real and the easy answers are useless. What I do now is simpler, less polished, and more human.

You don’t have to impress me, start at the beginning, or make the story sound emotionally evolved. We can begin with the messy version.

I’ll ask questions, notice patterns, reflect what I’m hearing, and sometimes interrupt a very convincing story with an inconvenient question. We may find a decision, a next step, or simply language for something you’ve been carrying alone.

01
Start with what is here.No polished version required.
02
Follow what has energy. The pattern, contradiction, longing, or sentence you keep avoiding.
03
Leave with something real.Language, a decision, a next step—or a clearer way to be with what isn’t settled.

Clear by design.

Define Success offers personal-development conversations and reflective guidance. This is not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, crisis care, or medical advice. Kory does not provide services as a licensed healthcare professional, and this work is not billed to insurance. If you need clinical care, we’ll be honest about that.

06 / IN THEIR WORDS

What it feels like to be met here.

Different lives. Different thresholds. The same relief of not having to find your way through it alone.

At a difficult crossroads, Kory helped me find a path forward with grace and awareness. He stayed beside me as a vision of hope became something real, helping me find the courage to move through the roughest parts of the journey.
James
When I was lost and uncertain of the path forward, Kory’s honesty and steady presence found me—often where I didn’t yet know I needed to be found. Working with him brought a rare kind of clarity and care.
Zam
During a period of deep personal challenge, Kory offered perspective and resources that helped me strengthen—and, I believe, save—my 45-year marriage. I am forever grateful.
BK
There aren’t many people who listen the way Kory does. Being seen and heard with that kind of presence gently dissolves the self-limiting stories we carry. Kory meets me exactly where I am and reminds me that who I am, right now, is already enough.
Viktor
I found Kory during a period of deep transition. His clarity, compassion, and steady encouragement helped me trust the path unfolding before me and move forward with greater intention and confidence. What once felt impossible began to take on new meaning.
Kelsey
I worked with Kory not only for clarity, but for grounding in the middle of real chaos. I will always see him as a catalyst—someone who helped me navigate uncertainty with heart, insight, and trust.
Ariel
WHEN YOU’RE READY

You don’t have to solve it
before you speak it.

Bring the unfinished version. That is enough to begin.
